Delivery & Returns

Ezili Swim are happy to accept exchanges and refunds on all of our full price pieces bought online, within 10 days of receipt.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Items have not been worn, damaged or washed, and are still in a saleable condition.
  • Items have not been altered in any way.
  • There are no marks or stains on any items.
  • All tags and hygiene seals must still be in place.
  • Refund/Exchange/Faulty form has been completed and placed in original packaging with items.

We regret that the delivery cost incurred for returning items to Ezili Swim, for either exchange or refund are not covered by us.

In order for a full refund to be issued, the full set (top and bottom) must be received by Ezili Swim. We cannot offer any refunds on partial returns.

If you are exchanging, only the piece you require to exchange needs to be returned.

Sale items qualify for an exchange only.

Please Note: Any returned items will be thoroughly inspected when received and will be returned to the customer if they do not meet our return policy guidelines.

Items received outside of the 10 day time frame will not be accepted.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, within 3 business days after item is received and inspected.

Faulty Items.

Rest assured we take great pride in the quality of all of our garments. Before any orders are dispatched, each piece is personally quality checked by our team to minimise any risk of an item being delivered faulty.

Whilst we hope this never happens any pieces received in a damaged condition or where a manufacturing fault has occurred, are applicable for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt.

The Refund/Exchange/Faulty form is downloadable here, please make the faulty problem clear and include this form in the original packaging.

We regret that the delivery cost incurred for returning any item to Ezili Swim is not covered by us.

Please Note: We will not accept faults caused from wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions.

Please ensure that all faulty items are returned with all tags and hygiene seals attatched.
